Questions
- Is this an online store with payments?
- No. It's a catalogue: customers see your products and tap WhatsApp to ask or order, and you take payment the way you already do. That keeps it simple, and there's no commission.
- How many products can I add?
- Up to 60 on the Products page, each with photos, a price, an MRP, a tag like “New” and whether it's in stock.
- How much does a shop website cost?
- ₹199 a month per site, and you can pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. Building and previewing is free; you only pay when you publish. There's no setup fee.
- Can I use my own domain name?
- Yes, at no extra cost. Connect a domain you already own, like www.yourname.in, and we set it up with HTTPS. Until then your site lives at craftpage.app/b/your-name.
