Diwali wishes for clients and employees: messages and how to send them
· 5 min read
Every client gets a dozen identical Diwali forwards. A short, warm message that’s clearly from you, sent at the right time, stands out and is remembered when they next need what you do. Here are messages you can use, and how to send them well.
Keep the tone warm, short and about them
- Thank them for something specific from this year: their trust, a project, their patience.
- Wish them and their family well. Leave out sales offers in the same message.
- Sign it with your name, not just the company name.
Diwali wishes for clients
- Thank you for trusting us this year. Wishing you and your family a bright and joyful Diwali.
- May this Diwali bring light, good health and success to you and everyone at your company. It’s been a pleasure working with you.
- Your support made this year special for our team. Happy Diwali to you and your loved ones.
- Wishing you a festival full of light and a new year full of new beginnings. Thank you for being with us.
- As we light diyas this Diwali, we’re grateful for partners like you. Happy Diwali and a prosperous new year.
Diwali wishes for customers
- Thank you for shopping with us all year. Happy Diwali from all of us at the store!
- Wishing you sweets, sparkle and lots of happiness this Diwali. Thank you for being our customer.
- From our family to yours: a very happy and safe Diwali.
Diwali wishes for your team
- This year happened because of every one of you. Thank you, and happy Diwali to you and your families.
- Rest, celebrate and come back recharged. Happy Diwali, team!
- May the new year bring each of you the success you’ve worked so hard for. Happy Diwali.
Timing
Send it a day or two before Diwali, during working hours, so it doesn’t get buried among hundreds of messages on the day itself. For your team, the last working day before the holidays is ideal.
Make it something they open
A plain text message is fine. If you want it to feel like a gift, send a short animated greeting instead: your logo or team photo, a line of thanks and festive music, opened as a link on their phone. On Craftpage you can pick a Diwali design, add photos of your team or your work, write the message once and share the same link with everyone, by WhatsApp or email.
One payment covers unlimited wishes, so you can make one for clients, one for customers and one for the team. Need more ideas? See our Diwali wishes page, or make a Diwali wish now.
